VAR: Bundesliga referee recalls teams from dressing room at half-time for penalty

German referee Guido Winkmann recalls the Freiburg and Mainz players from their dressing rooms at half-time to award a penalty after an incident at the end of the first-half, after the VAR operators advise him to do so.
